To build and support a network of business owners, professionals and grassroots activists advocating to legalize cannabis in the First State.
Our communities have paid high and unjustified a price for the prohibition of a plant safer than both alcohol and cigarettes. Our Veterans are looking to a safer solution than addictive pharmaceutical drugs. Our policies remain the product of fear and misconception with no basis in science, liberty, or fundamental fairness It’s time for a change.
Delaware NORML is a state chapter of the National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws (NORML). We support NORML’s mission to repeal the prohibition of marijuana at the local, state and federal level by educating those in our community about marijuana and hemp and their potential medical and industrial use, while promoting the responsible use of marijuana by adults.
Our volunteers meet regularly to discuss a wide range of issues so please email chapters@NORML.org if you’d like to join the conversation!
Make sure your voice is heard! Contact your representatives and urge them to support common sense marijuana reform efforts. To get started, simply click on the link below, locate your state and enter your information!

In Hebrew, Tikun Olam means “Repair the World.” We embrace this as our mission and are dedicated to improving the lives of our patients by providing high-quality cannabis that is consistently safe and effective. Backed by over a decade of research, our heirloom strains are expertly cultivated, medically tested, and patient approved.
After petitioning the Israeli Ministry of Health, our fate as pioneers in medical cannabis was set when Tikun Olam was granted the world’s first governmental license to produce and distribute cannabis through the healthcare system. Partnering with hospitals and nursing homes, Tikun Olam emerged as the flagship caregiver for thousands of people, providing personalized cannabis treatment plans and tracking which strains provided the most benefit for varying conditions. Our dedication to patient care and continual research became critical components of the Tikun ethos – and paved the way for what has now grown into a global wellness operation, providing plant-based relief across the world.
We put patients and people first. By providing a portfolio of high-quality cannabis-based health and wellness solutions, leveraging data and research to fuel innovation, and improving access to cannabis and plant-based solutions, we aim to lead the industry.
