The mission of the Office of Medical Marijuana (OMM) is to protect Delawareans  through proactive monitoring and enforcement of the Delaware Medical Marijuana  Act and accompanying regulations. Rigorous inspection of the regulated vendors  minimizes the risk to human health and environmental impact.
