Northern Wisconsin NORML is a local regional chapter of the National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws, or NORML.

Northern Wisconsin NORML’s mission is to educate and move public opinion sufficiently to achieve the repeal of marijuana prohibition, so that the responsible use of cannabis by adults is no longer subject to penalty.

Northern Wisconsin NORML is a local chapter of the National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws, or NORML. Northern Wisconsin NORML serves the Fox Valley, Northern and Central Wisconsin, including: Appleton, Fond du Lac, Green Bay, Hayward, La Crosse, Marinette, Marshfield, Oshkosh, Rhinelander, Shawano, Antigo, Wausau, Wisconsin Rapids, Stevens Point, Weyauwega, Green Lake, Ripon, Berlin and more.
