Orange County NORML (OC NORML) is a chapter of the National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws founded in 2003.

OC NORML holds free public monthly meetings, conducts local lobbying, assist students and journalists in research, and works to educates the public about pending legislation and responsible usage.

Licensing Task Force
The OC NORML Industry Group has reorganized to the Licensing Task Force. This group meets after the General OC NORML meeting and is focused on working with elected City officials to increase the number of commercial cannabis licenses in Southern California. ​
